    Pretty horrible customer service in the handful of visits I have made. Rude, and also seem to give advice about things they clearly don't know about.... LOL. Alright if you walk in just for a blow dryer or something but staff have been a waste of time and patience. Also a smaller store, smaller selection.

    Went in to buy several items, while I was in mid conversation asking about a product that I wanted to try the sales lady turned and walked away from me to help someone else. Leaving me just standing there. I had good experiences with other staff in past there but this one was just rude. I put all the stuff back and went to a place with better costumer service.

    Would not recommend this beauty supply store to any future customers. My fiance went in to buy a pair of hair extensions for her wedding, ended up having a really bad experience involving what seemed to be deception from their staff.
