  There is no 11 herbs and spices anymore ...just bland no taste chicken you need 2 packs of salt to taste it .if they'll give you any.

  Tonight, my wife andI our purchased family fun feast. Very tetribe meal I have ever received from KFC. Over cooked and dried out chicken. UNDER COOKED FRIES, Watered down gravy, and OLD COLESLAW. our coleslaw was not the usual green. Was yellow and soggy.

  My order has always been correct, and the staff is usually attentive. My one complaint is that their hours of operation online doesn't match their actual hours of operation. And the management doesn't seem.to think this is a large enough issue to address. I say this because of their non-response when I have phones and left messages trying to bring this to their attention. In any event, if you are craving the Colonel' s secret recipe you gotta hit up the bird!

  Girl at drive through can't understand English. Couldn't figure out what a Ice tea was. Told her three times I wanted my fries a poutine and all I got was a large fry!

  Very bad service !! Gave us the least desirable meat!! 5 drumsticks 2 breasts and the rest wings??? Phoned manager and she treated me like a liar!!! Drove 6 miles home and she expected me to drive back to replace meal!!! You suck 5th ave KFC!!!
