  My son and I braught our cell phones in to get new screen protectors put on by Geek Squad. We were told after the protectors were installed to wait untill the next day to put my Otter box protector back on. So i took a hand full of OtterBox parts and left the store and drove home 3.5 hrs drive. The next day I went to put my case on and discovered that the rubber backing was not returned to me when I left. I called the store immediately and they put my call to geek squad and they told me they had seen one there. but after being on the phone for a few minutes they told me it had been misplaced and they would replace it for me. So I was transferred to a women and she took my address and she said she would send one to me and I should receive it in a few days. She also said that she would call me back if she had any problems. A week went by and I called back and a customer service rep named Liam said he never heard anything about my lost OtterBox rubber backing. I still have not got a call back and am pissed off that they seem to have no recollection of a lost backing for my phone case the day after they failed to give it to me. So Liam if I don't hear anything from you and clear this up I am going to write a hand written letter and send it to your store in Prince George Attention Geek Squad. I should not have to go through this. I had to buy a 30 dollar case on Kamloops to get me buy untill they replaced my backing or like the lady in the customer service department said they would replace my ortterbox case for my pixel phone. So shame on you people...make it right and and honor what I was told from the get go. It has been since Sept. 30 2017 from when the trouble started and I am getting a run around.... Liam make it right.

  I was totally impressed with the service at the Prince George branch. Chanel in the appliance department went out of her way to complete our purchase of a washer/dryer.

  I bought a camera lens there and it had the wrong lens in the box. Knowing a former member of their senior management who escalated this to right people at best buy, I get the correct lens. I felt that most of staff at the store level wanted me to pound sand.
