  Terrible, terrible, terrible. Did I mention terrible? My sports car went in under my insurance for a claim, plus extras, and the paint job they did was full of what looked like lint or dirt. I brought this to the guy's (Henry?) attention and his excuse was that he thought I wanted a cheap job because I'd added several things that weren't included in my claim. I never said I wanted a cheap job. In fact, I'd acknowledged to him that I knew the extras I was adding on were going to be expensive but they had to be done.

  The new paint on part of the hood had curdled and he said it had reacted with the previous paint. Isn't that part of your job, to bring it to my attention BEFORE you tell me it's done. I probably would have paid extra if I'd known it needed extra work. He minimized my concerns instead of admitting their mistake. Terrible customer service and quality!
