  I am completely impressed by the service I have received recently and it takes an awful lot to impress me! Having never dealt with them until recently referred by a co-worker, I had two (what I call major) issues with my vehicle. Extremely knowledgeable in both jobs, knew what it more than likely was by what I said over the phone, asked me to bring my vehicle right away for a visual and test drive only to confirm he was right in his initial assessment. They went above and beyond to save me as much cost as possible and that is part of their service! To everyone at Esslinger Motors, I can't show enough gratitude and appreciation for all you have done. Thank you so much!

  I am absolutely impressed with the service provided by this business, and it takes exceptional service to impress me! Having never dealt with them until referred by a co-worker recently, I had two big jobs that surprised me and they went above and beyond for my best interests. Problems were confidently assessed from information I provided over the phone but I was asked to bring my vehicle in for a test drive and quick inspection before saying for sure. Honest, knowledgeable, trustworthy and looking out for their customers! Impressive qualities and I will be a loyal customer from here on in.

  We bought a 2007 Audi Q7 at the auction. Good deal I guess but probably wound up at the auction because of all the work that was required. Anyway Dan and the good folks at Esslinger analyzed all that was required and it was a lot. So after a detailing and Esslinger mechanics doing the work we have a great vehicle. Highly recommend.
