  Bought $500+ backcountry ski boots here for my Fiance. When he tried them on, they felt narrow but they promised that they could punch them out and that they would fit him perfectly. We believed them. We got them 'fitted' three times here, with much hassle. Had to wait weeks the one time and missed good skiing opportunities. Another time they said their equipment was put away. Finally brought them to another shop which punched them out perfectly on the first try (cost us extra since we didn't buy from this shop). Makes me wonder if Ruckus even did anything. You would think we would get better service after buying a full backcountry ski set-up from them.

  Awsome experience every time I go there all the staff are friendly and knowledgable with both biking and skiing, I have always left feeling satisfied!

  Best board shop in town!! All the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable about every time in the store and are more then happy to help you find the right product for for your ski or board needs. Prices are reasonable, great line of products as well.

  Every time I've entered the store I've been welcomed. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. All the prices are extremely fair, and the bike and board sections are vast and filled with quality buys. Second to none, Ruckus is the top bike shop in PG.
