  I have been to the Westgate location 3 or 4 times now, either by myself or with someone else, and every time I have been there it has been a great experience. I use to go to the one in the mall, but the ladies they have working at the desk can be so rude and they try to make you feel inferior. I have never once been made to feel like that in College Heights. I highly recommend them to anyone asking about a great place to get their hair cut or styled or coloured.

  Terrible. Stylist was shown a pic of inverted bob with fringe (bangs). Back cut is okay; when he was asked about the bangs, he said I shouldn't. When I insisted he wanted me to decide on how much! Shouldn't the stylist know how much hair would be needed to cut!

  Fantastic experience, Went to buy some new hair products at the mall and didn't really get that much help. Came to the westgate location on a whim and I came out with something I love!!!

  I've been in twice to have Anna do my hair. I was very impressed both visits. Anna is a perfectionist. As someone who isn't easily pleased, I was thrilled with the results. She cut off about 8 inches, styled it into a layered bob, and left me with a style I can replicate at home. She also gave me the best head massage I've ever had.
