  If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. Horrible customer service is the main reason. The manager screwed myself and two other students over by canceling our reservation for a 5x5 storage locker before we moved our stuff in. We provided email evidence that we had been given 7 days to move in and we also were informed over the phone we had 7 days. Despite this, the reservation was canceled after only 5 days. No acceptance of wrongdoing was made by the manager who shrugged us off and told us he couldn't do anything and there was no longer any 5x5 lockers available. He didn't try to offer us a deal on another locker or even provide any assistance in helping us figure out a solution. If reliability and customer service is important to you, look elsewhere for storage lockers.
