  Good accommodation clean rooms . Friendly staff they put the c in customer service I left my phone in the taxi I took to the hotel the customer service agent called the taxi company for me also my phone number and was able to find it and have it returned to me by calling my room to inform my my phone was dropped off . Thank you so much

  I was on a business trip and stayed at the Carmel Inn. The staff was helpful and prompt. The room was exceptionally clean and cozy. My room was at the back and it was quiet. It was handy to have a kitchenette available. The mattress was comfortable. There is a business centre at the office.

  Great people. Very accomedating. I will say that rooms aren't exactly sound proof

  Cheaper than the chains, with basic clean rooms. Most with a kitchenette. Bed super comfy, and very nice casual dining on site. Continental breakky too

  Great clean rooms with everyhing you need! Price is right. Only complaint would be others parking in your spot
