  I had spilled water on my laptop. The technition was very kind and helpful and took the computer apart with me immediately. I ended up buying another laptop, and the sales associate gave me a great price match. All in all the staff and LD policies made a terrible experience not so terrible.

  The pharmacy at this location is terrible - I filled a prescription there, paid for all of the months, was given what they had available, and told the rest owing would arrive soon. When I called when the original amount ran out to see about the amount owing, I was told that they had thrown it out. When I asked why nobody contacted me so that I could come and pick up what I had paid for, I was told that they don't ever do this 'because if you really need it you will show up'. So, they took my money for my medication, billing my benefits, and of course their dispensing fee. I will never, ever fill another prescription here.
