  Always good personalized service. There is some competition among the departments, but the customers seldom see it. Pets on a leash or under control and welcome to visit to see the animals on display and the pets love it! Good selection of goodies. Best of all, and least mentioned, is that they have Ginger, the best dog nail trimmer and groomer I've ever met. She simply has a natural rapport with the animals that keeps them calm and happy no matter what she is doing with them. She's a keeper, and deserves a big raise!

  The Petland staff are friendly and helpful, however at times they can be hard to find. My main concern is the grooming department. I was assured the groomer, Ginger, was very experienced and able to groom any dog. With that in mind, I made a long 21/2hr. drive to get my shitzu groomed. (There are no groomers in my small community). After spending less than 10 minutes with the dog, who is a bit energetic, she refused to groom my dog. She even had the gall to require me to stay there during the appt. Any other groomer prefers to make a connection with the dog on their own and don't require extra help...isn't that what they're paid for??? Petland should hire someone who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty and try to get the job done. Very disappointed and disgusted.

  I love this place. The staff are always so nice and you can interact with all of the animals which is amazing for choosing a pet. The selection is excellent and they have some good sales but only really around specific holidays.

  Good store can be pricey but the staff do know what they are selling and will help
