  Lovely staff and very helpful. Just too many choices! I appreciate the complimentary cleaning of my jewelry when I visit the store. Thank you for the many years of gifts my family has enjoyed. Definitely a customer for life :)

  I had a very negative experience here. I took in my new wedding band to get re-sized and was horrified when I found they had altered the artwork by the original artist by polishing it clean off. The only reason this review gets a 1-star is because of the wonderful front staff ladies who felt for me and tried their best to have it fixed. When I returned to pick up my ring again, the jeweler was there and made me feel like it was my fault he had altered the ring. I was left speechless and he simply walked away from me without giving me a chance to say a word. I can't say anything about their own jewellery but I found it obvious they do not treat modifications or other people's work with care. For having paid $30 to re-size my ring, I now have to pay $200 to send it back by mail to the original artist to re-do the oxidization work. Will definitely never go here again. Unfortunate experience.
