    The items in store did not match those in the sale flyer. Employees know exactly where things are located in store, but it's difficult to get their attention.

    I have had one too many awful experiences with this Canadian Tire location. With a town as large as Prince George there is NO reason I will be returning to Canadian Tire. Staff are rude, unhelpful, and lack knowledge. They lack basic customer service skills and are completely uninterested in being accommodating in any way.

    Store offers mostly cheaply made products with poor customer service. Sad to see any business run down to this state. I blame the board of directors for trying to squeeze every ounce of profit out of their stores even if it means offering less value to customers.

    Very unimpressed with the automotive department. Would not recommend to anyone. Overcharged us on hours of labour and installed the most expensive products available with no consultation. Went in for a simple out of province inspection on a newer car and got charged well over $2000 for minor repairs. Never. Again.

    If you catch the sales, you’re winning! As Canadian as China gets, but you can get some decent products.
