    I am very unimpressed. I had booked an appointment for 1230 today. Waited 5 minutes and called and left a message. I had also Facebook and texted her to see what was going on. Her only explanation was that she thought I was at 12. She never once looked back on the post that we discussed the time nor did she try to contact me about the appointment.

    When I heard from her it was only a text, a call would've been the professional thing to do. Instead of offering to come back or to reschedule she just told me to have a good day. A distinct lack of professionalism and customer care.
