  Pretty disappointed with the service here. Made an appointment to get the remote start put into my vehicle. Was told the instal should take an hour. Got there today to drop it off at 10am and the guy said it could be done anywhere between 12pm and 530pm depending on the order the mechanic decides to do. Very unprofessional booking experience as all appointments of the day were booked at 10am. Needless to say we won’t be back, there are far better alternatives.

  When I return home and took this “new” TV out of the box it was clear that this box had previously been opened and this TV was not new at all as it was missing the remote and the screws are in a Ziploc bag with some of those missing as well. I then turn on this TV to find out that half the TV screen is darker than other half (when it that side decides to work)

  If I could give zero stars I would! I recently bought a TV from another Visions only to set it up to find out that the screen was defective. Since their online department wouldn’t do anything about sending me a replacement because I purchased it from a store I just drove 8 hours and spent $100 in gas to return the TV for a replacement TV. The whole time I was in the store sales person (David) tried to sell me a different and more expensive TV. When I didn’t go for that he tried to push the extended warranty. After I didn’t go for that as well I was given my TV.
