  What a nightmare We have Had with Dr Sergei filatov ENT specialist . Our Son has had problems with his ears since he was a baby, We went in for all the normal test at the hospital from the start! We where told that he would need tubes put in ! Our first Appointment with Dr filatov was very short his English was broken we had to get him to repeat things this just made him get frustrated, his bedside manner was very poor! He said that we should wait, as Son could grow out of it by the age of 2

  I had surgery on my nose about 3 years ago. It was so terrible when I went back to my doctor to get another referral to somebody else they said I should apply to the show "Botched" as it was sooo terrible.

  Good doctor, did everything that was needed and asked for. He did everything great. His assistant was lovely. If I didnt understand something she explained well.

  I had a nose operation about a year ago. I didn't see this site or I would have responded sooner. The lack of organization was ridiculous for a professional office. I was told that I was on a waiting list to be operated on in Quenelle so it would be faster. Around the time I was to be operated on I decided I better phone to find out what is going on. Well I was told buy the scatter brained receptionist that the doctor wasn't doing any more surgeries in Quenelle due to a confrontation with the booking of E.R. staff. So was then put on the back of the bus to be done in Prince George.

  this place is just for plastic surgeon. I don't recommend it for anyone going there to see a Ear Specialist, nose Specialist or Throat Specialist. I had the receptionist tell me that I cancelled my appointment in which I didn't. She dealt with me in a unprofessional matter. I don't know what i did to deserve this from her. As a person with a Disability I am so choked of what happened to me. I have had a problem with my ear for a long time and this is uncalled for. Now I have to go and see another Ear Specialist, because of this. After all the whole year long I went there 4 times to have them screw me over. Take the money and run. :-/ :-S
