  First impression was good, front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, hence the 2 stars. Service ended there though. I dropped my tire off at about 1pm, and was told I'd hear back via text by 6-7 that evening or possibly the next morning. By 4pm the next day not a word and my husband stopped in after work. He was then told that they couldn't fix it as there was a sidewall puncture. 1st why was I not informed earlier if they were not able to fix it. 2nd when asked where the puncture was the individual couldn't say. ??? Really? I am most upset about the lack of communication. All you had to do was call, text or email and let me know you couldn't fix it. So rude.
