  I have had work done on my truck 3 times at Budget Brake & Muffler and Mike has always got me in quickly. Work is always explain to you and they never do extra work on your vehicle with out contacting you first and the work is guaranteed and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Budget Brake & Muffler.   One of the single best experiences! I had a quote from a dealership for over $3k worth of "needed" repairs. Mike took the time to do his own inspection, and brought me into the shop and showed me what was found. Turned out i only needed $750 worth of repairs, and several of the "issues" that the dealership saw were not present. Would highly recommend Mike and his team to anyone!

  Visiting Prince George area and noticed a flat tire on our vehicle. Went to one tire shop got turned away with no help. Called another tire shop who was fully booked but suggested Budget Brake & Muffler. Mike & his staff are fantastic!! Not only did they get us in right away but their customer service was impeccable!! They were friendly with my young son and offered us coffee!

They worked hard to ensure you are comfortable and strongly respect the customer's wishes. I called the day before, then got a free inspection and work done in a speedy and timely manner. I appreciate how much they value the customer and all they do to make it the most comfortable experience possible.   Top service in every respect. Twice now I have been in a bind and both times Mike went out of his way to help me and fit my budget. Both times also he was able to get the work done same day. This is a business that puts the customer first and I can't recommend them highly enough. Each time they show you the work that needs to be done and really do go out of their way to help. Mikes staff are knowledgeable and polite and it's very apparent they enjoy their job. I'll never go anywhere else after service like this.
