  I moved to Prince George recently, and unfortunately was in an accident. I was referred to Automaster by a number of people and decided to give them a shot since they seemed to get some good reviews. It has been 3 weeks since my accident and during that time I have had nothing but issues with communication from them. A coupe of times now I have been told they would get my car in, and on the day it was supposed to go in, I never received so much as a phone call. I ended up taking my business elsewhere as I am fed up with the lack of communication and professionalism. Definitely won't be recommending them to anyone.

  Went in for a new bumper after a fender bender. The bumper was painted with visible texture difference and the color was a different shade than that of the rest of the car; keep in mind the car was less than 3 years old and garage kept, so sun fade is out of the question.

  After dropping my car off on August 23rd for some repairs, that I was told would be finished when I needed the car for a road trip which was on September 7th, I waited. After 35 days of terrible communication on their part, I finally received my vehicle again, after I was promised time and time again of "updates" and "I'll let you know this..." etc. etc. Their customer service was severely lackluster.

  I was in an accident in Dawson Creek in November, the shops here were unable to repair my truck until March. My truck was sent to Automaster. Samantha and Garrett were amazing and their service is top notch. They repaired my truck back to brand new status. I couldn’t be more thrilled to have experienced their high standards in customer service as well exemplary quality and workmanship. I would highly recommend them to ANYONE and EVERYONE! Thanks again for your outstanding service.

  The owner Garret was a very nice guy, but I would urge everyone to STAY AWAY from Automaster Autobody / Fix Auto as they are now called.

  Now coming to the repairs, the paint work is good, but my power mirror is broken, the floor mats inside were wet, the key ring on my keys was majorly bent, my one door trim outside is dented, and there is a thin film of dust all inside my car.
