  After having the vehicle for 2 weeks, the blower fan started making an awful screeching sound, the drivers door started to rattle and it would not start in the morning without a boost. When we contacted Corey about our problems with the truck, he booked an appointment for our truck to go in under warranty ASAP. We were provided with a nice courtesy vehicle to use while they kept our truck over night.

  We have had our truck back for nearly a week. We no longer have any issues with it starting, the rattle in the door has stopped and the fan has not made any awful noises. The heated seats even work better.

  Just came home with my new truck. This is my second purchase from PG Motors since moving to Prince George. Again, I have left happy. Our sales agent Sabrina was amazing and was able to help us from start to finish. She has great knowledge and is very understanding. Dexter did my financing and he is great at explaining things and also very knowledgeable. All in all, incredibly happy that we went into PG Motors and met with Sabrina this past weekend and today I drove home an amazing truck that I love. Thank you Sabrina, Dexter and PG Motors.

  The following afternoon we were told we had to buy 2 new batteries for the truck because they are not covered under warranty. This frustrated me. After spending $72,000 on a certified used vehicle, you shouldn't have to replace the batteries 2 weeks later. After I expressed my frustration to Chris V., PG Motors made it right and provided us with 2 new batteries at their cost.

  It is hard to trust salesmen and dealerships, however I trust PG Motors. They clearly value retaining good relationships with their long-term clients.

Both were extremely accommodating at finding what I needed to fit my lifestyle and were open to all my counter-offers and requests. Ended up far more ahead that I thought I would all thanks to these two. They made purchasing a used car one of the easiest things to get done due to the value they threw into the vehicle. 5/5 would recommend to anyone.
