  Always great service. They are unable to do warranty work on my car, but I would much sooner take it to people that I trust and treat me fairly. I have never had any problems with the work or with the bills. Fairly often, in fact, they've made small repairs and not even billed me for them.

  I always dread buying a used car because I always seem to get screwed over by car salesman that talk the talk but never seem to holdup their end of the deal! Stacey of Hub City Volkswagen is different and has been very honest and upfront from the start! Everything that was agreed on was done and the car was ready to go when I signed the papers! Stacey and John were fantastic and made the transaction go smooth! First stress free car purchase I have made in my life! Highly recommended to anyone looking for a fair deal without the fear of getting shafted!

  We showed up to Hub City for the first time last weekend wanting to poke around and check out their vehicles. I was fully expecting to be swarmed by sharks when we first got there, as that's always the way it seems to be when you visit a dealership. But I couldn't have been more wrong. Hub City was excellent! Rich and John were very accommodating, friendly, personable, and above all, genuine! A great experience from start to finish. Would absolutely recommend and will be going there in the future. And we LOVE our new Tiguan!!! Thanks Hub City!!

  Great dealership! They are very friendly and helpful. I never feel like they're trying to get me to do service to make money off of me, on the contrary some of the parts guys have even told me I could do the job myself and given me a few tips. The service I get done there is done well and within reasonable time/cost. Highly recommend this dealer!
